The reason is quite simple. These 6 Universities have partnered with the Canon Collins Trust that provides scholarships for Southern African students (including Zimbabweans).
This means getting a place at any of these 6 Universities enhances your chances of getting one of their partial or full scholarships.
Remember there are NO guarantees but there's no harm in exhausting every option.
